This will be a whistle stop tour through the NHS core20PLUS5 approach to reducing health inequalities and will explore how the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board are tackling this topic across the Integrated Care System. Discussing how the core20PLUS approach has been incorporated into key pharmacy workstreams, highlighting the challenges and opportunities that come with the nature of this work.
