How I stopped drowning in data: using intelligent IT & AI

Sanjay will share how he went from drowning in data to discovering how to use IT for actionable insights through better, automated communications, local KPI setting, and smart actions. By working with Strongroom AI, GreenLight was able to automate data pulldown, understand the data, and take actionable steps to improve performance. This has allowed them to use demographic data to better understand their patients and engage more effectively with the local community.
Learning outcomes: Learn about how I tackled the data management and analysis challenge within our pharmacy group, and how I'm now using that data, automation, and machine intelligence, to drive smart manager actions at the pharmacy level.
