Innovative use of simulation software to support pharmacy placements

This session will give an overview of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) software has been used to support pharmacy placements at Aston University. The approach can be used to reduce training time within placement, provide standardised training, enhance trainee feedback and confidence in communicating with patients.
