The NHS App: delivering prescription tracking

There has been a growth in prescription management by patients through the NHS App. Features such as: ordering repeat medicines, nominating a pharmacy and viewing approved EPS prescriptions are used every day. User research has shown that patients want to see an enhancement to the prescriptions journey in the NHS App by introducing the ability for patients to track the status of their prescribed item(s) and prescriptions.
