Telstra Health UK is set to showcase its innovative HelixHub platform at The Pharmacy Show 2024, highlighting its vital role in supporting COVID-19 and flu vaccination campaigns. HelixHub, a cutting-edge vaccination management and tracking system, offers pharmacies a seamless solution for managing patient vaccinations with simple, one-day onboarding.

Since its introduction in 2022, HelixHub has rapidly expanded, now serving PCNs and pharmacies across the country. The platform’s user-friendly design and robust data management capabilities make it an invaluable tool for healthcare providers, enabling efficient vaccine batch management, patient vaccination tracking, and monitoring of adverse reactions.

Recent investments in HelixHub have further enhanced its clinical safety and usability. The platform now includes in-application reporting, improved user experience features, and activity claiming via the NHS Business Services Authority (BSA). The platform simplifies data entry with a five-step process that takes less than 60 seconds to complete, allowing healthcare providers to focus on patient care rather than administrative tasks. HelixHub’s portability and security are further enhanced by multi-factor authentication and cloud-based storage, ensuring that data remains secure and accessible from any location.
