Professor Paul Winyard and Dr Kyle Stewart have spent a decade researching the clinically useful chemistry in the watercress plant. They have international patents pending on the production, composition and usage of a specific watercress extract with soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. They have designed, built and commissioned their own biorefinery to create their extract in Exeter, Devon and this is incorporated at clinically proven concentrations into the Prof & Doc skincare range.
