As community pharmacies across the UK face mounting financial pressures, many are seeking new ways to sustain their businesses. With the changing healthcare needs of the public and a shift towards service provision, pharmacies have the opportunity to evolve to meet the needs of patients while achieving sustainable revenue as a business.

The Pharmacy Show is delighted to announce the free-to-attend webinar workshop ‘The future of pharmacy: evolving your services to meet emerging healthcare needs and drive revenue’, led by Waheedat Owodeyi, Owner and Superintendent Pharmacist at Pharmacyexprezz.

Since setting up Pharmacyexprezz in 2016, Waheedat has built a thriving business by balancing revenue generation and meeting the needs of her local community, earning her a place on The Pharmaceutical Journal’s Women to Watch in 2022.

The webinar will highlight services that can be adopted by pharmacy owners to engage not only with clients but also ensure revenues can be increased, irrespective of the location of the pharmacy.
