Dipa Kamdar is a pharmacist of seventeen years with experience across various sectors including community pharmacy and most notably, academia.
Dipa is the Kingston University MPharm programme Course Director and the equity, diversity and inclusivity lead (EDI). She is passionate about embedding inclusive curriculum principles in the pharmacy course and developing students to become holistic, sustainable practitioners. She has led on the development of a series of inclusivity workshops focusing on cultural competence and health inequalities, in addition to improving representation, thus leading the team to win the Chemist and Druggist Diversity and Inclusion Award in 2023.
