Krish is an ENT Surgeon by training and started his medical career in 2009, after initially working in the Oxford University hospitals and then became an Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon in London before completing his Ph.D at UCL, where his area of interest became the impact of hearing loss globally. His development of the Tympa platform has earned him international recognition and accolades such as the prestigious Royal Society of Medicine prize for innovation in ENT and the Rowena Ryan prize for research into ENT. Dr Krish has presented his work at the House of Commons and 10 Downing Street, which has helped bring ear and hearing care onto the agenda both nationally and globally. TympaHealth is now the biggest provider or ear and hearing health in community pharmacy and was also involved in the NHS' first community pharmacy pilot in SWL London. The solution enables Pharmacists to assess a patients ear and hearing and ensure a clear onward referral pathway.
