Glenn Rodrigues is a community pharmacist and Pharmacy Practice Facilitator with the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia (PANS) in Canada. Glenn leads Prescription to Thrive, a program that supports community pharmacies to achieve a healthy and sustainable pharmacy practice. Glenn works with pharmacies to build pharmacy teams that achieve full scope of practice, design workflows that integrate new technologies, and construct economic models that sustain pharmacy services.
Glenn’s work is integral to the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia’s goal of improving quality care and patient access, ensuring pharmacy team well-being, and the economic sustainability of pharmacy practice.
