Leanne is a Pharmacy Technician with over 23 years of Pharmacy experience; 10 within education roles. Leanne's career progressively developed from an assistant to an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician/Supervisor within an independent community pharmacy. Using her marking experience gained at various pharmacy training companies in this time she then made the move to Buttercups Training in 2018. Leanne was promoted to Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) in 2022, as NVQ Lead, for the remainder of the GPhC teach out period. She now leads a team of 10 pharmacy tutors; Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, to deliver high quality Pre-Registration Pharmacy Technician programmes.
