As CEO at PAGB, the consumer healthcare association, Michelle Riddalls is a leading spokesperson for the OTC sector on issues such as Brexit, self-care, reclassification and regulatory challenges, working closely with the MHRA, DHSC, Office of Life Sciences and Number 10.
Michelle is an expert in consumer healthcare regulation having worked in the sector for over two decades. Prior to joining PAGB, Michelle was Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Northern European Cluster at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, where she was integral in the highly successful POM to GSL reclassification of Nexium Control and the Viagra Connect POM to P switch.
