Paul Rees MBE
Chief Executive Officer,
National Pharmacy Association (NPA)
Paul has been Chief Executive of NPA since November 2023 and in that time has helped the organisation become a stronger campaign force, fighting for a new deal for community pharmacy.
Before that, Paul was Chief Executive of Royal College of Psychiatrists, where he transformed culture and performance through rolling out a values-based approach and radical agenda on equality, diversity and inclusion.
In his previous role he was Director of Policy and Engagement at the Royal College of GPs, where he led a campaign that successfully led to general practice being given £2.4bn of additional investment.
Paul was awarded an MBE in 2022 for services to mental health, equality, diversity and inclusion.
