Paula Parker is the Senior Manager of Medicines Safety, Quality & Workforce for NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board.
Paula has been a pharmacy technician for over 30 years and has held many senior pharmacy technician leadership roles in both commissioning and provider organisations. In her current role she is leading on workforce development for pharmacy technicians across the Sussex system, focussing on the promotion of the multisector Pre-registration Trainee Pharmacy Technician training programme and developing a suite of resources for careers events for schools and colleges across Sussex. Paula is currently undertaking the CPPE CPhO Pharmacy Leaders Development Programme.
