After completing her pharmacy degree and several managerial positions in community pharmacy, Preeti wanted to ensure HCPs had the knowledge and skills to grow to deliver quality outcomes for patients. Preeti went onto complete the post graduate certificate in advance clinical pharmacy and the post graduate certificate in learning and teaching in clinical practice and more recently completed her non-medical prescribing course. Preeti is member of Executive Team at Education for Health where she currently looks after the clinical development which underpins the education and training interventions at the organisation as well as develop collaborative relationships with other charities, public bodies and industry. She has also supported the development of pathways including the COPD malnutrition Pathway. The belief that better patient care comes from the right people in the right role, with the right skills, is the reason pharmacist Preeti Minhas is thriving as a leader in the learning and development sector.
