Rhiannan has been a pharmacy technician since 2018 and currently works in the Superintendent’s Team as a Patient Safety & Standards Technician for Well Pharmacy. Her role includes reviewing patient safety incidents and controlled drug incidents across the business, helping pharmacy teams develop action plans following patient safety incidents and ensuring high standards of patient safety are maintained across the business. In addition, she helps develop training for field managers to ensure they are fully informed on the correct processes for investigating controlled drug discrepancies, and how to ensure there is a high level of controlled drug management within pharmacies.
