Ursa is the Head of Community Pharmacy Commissioning and Digital Strategy at NHS England and is responsible for shaping national digital strategy for community pharmacy, working closely with national stakeholders.
Ursa is a graduate of NHS Digital Academy and holds an MSc in Digital Health Leadership. Her workplace-based research project focused on user-centred design of patient pathways in community pharmacy to maximise benefits for patients and staff.
