I am on the waiting list for a pass, what happens now?

If you have received an email telling you that you are on the waiting list, your pass is not confirmed. We will contact you via the email address you used to register to confirm your pass should one become available.

The Pharmacy Show is the UK's leading event for the multi-disciplinary pharmacy team, and we are dedicated to bringing together professionals from all roles within the community to collaborate. As complimentary passes for the event are limited, there is a set maximum capacity of attendance for each role in the multi-disciplinary team. This is to ensure that every role is represented and that we can accommodate as many attendees as possible. Passes are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your pass. If we have already reached the maximum number of registrations for your role, you will be added to a waiting list and we will contact you if a pass becomes available.

If you find you can no longer attend on either 13 or 14 October, no problem! Please inform us by emailing thepharmacyshow@closerstillmedia.com so we can remove you from the waiting list.
